THE INGREDIENT

BUTTER - 100G

BROWN SUGAR - 25G

SOFT FLOUR - 120G

CHOCOLATE CHIP - 60G

ESSENCE VANILLA 1/4G 

NIB ALMOND - 30G

METHOD:

1. FIRSTLY INSERT BUTTER AND BROWN SUGAR..AND THEN MIX TOGETHER..DON'T TOO LONG TIME WHEN MIX.

2. AFTER THAN, ADD ESSENCE VANILLA AND SOFT FLOUR (YG DIAYAK) MIX TOGETHER.

3. ADD NIB ALMOND AND CHOCOLATE CHIP MIXTURE THE INGREDIENT TOGETHER.

WHEN DONE.REST THE DOUGH A MINUTE.

4.USE TABLESPOON TO MAKE THE SHAPE. AND END USE TABLE FORK TO PRESS TOP COOKIES. BAKE THE COOKIES 15 MINUTES WITH 180 C.

AND GOT IT... CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES...
TRY IT.. KEEP IT ON BALANG KUIH YE...

Short Crust

The Ingredient

      Soft Flour           125g

      Shortening         88g

      Ice Water          37g

      Salt                  Pinch

The filling Ingredient

sardine              200g

tomato puree   100g

red chilies     1g

butter              10g

garlic               1g

onion              1g

salt           as needed

method for short crust:

1.mix flour,salt,shortening then rub it until become bread crub.

2. add ice water and knead the dough for few minute.

3. store the dough in the chiller 20 minute.

4. Artef 20 minute, knead the dough and then roll the dough and cut, put into the pie mould and fill with filling.

sardine: cook simple..don't too oil

Self Raising Flour    100g

Custor Sugar       50g

Uht Milk              70g

Vanilla Essence    3g

Melted Butter       40g

1) campur semua bahan A mengunakan saptula untuk kacau adunan di dalam mangkuk besar.

 2) Dan campurkan jugak bahan B di mangkuk lain. pastikan butter yang sudah dicairkan itu sejuk.sebelum di campurkan. kacau adunan.

 3) selepas itu, campurkan bahan A dan B di dalam satu mangkuk.. kacau adunan sampai sebati.

 4) Pastikan jangan terlalu lama masa mengacau itu. akan menyebabkan terlalu m'gembang semasa menbakar.
 

5) Gunakan sudu kecil untuk memasukkan adunan 3/4  ke dalam muffin cup. Dan letakkan jem blueberry di tengah2 adunan selepas itu letak semula adunan untuk tutup bahagian jem tadi. bakar muffin tadi 180c masa 10 minit - 15 minit. selamat mencuba...

What a day???

i was excited to go KL with my sister... we wait bas n the left us i so panic.. We told a cap to follow the bus..OMG  in cap was totally scary n i not stop pray to god.. don't believe what happen with us... the bus have stop we got in that bus...in that case we don't have sit..why we not have sit we have ticket ya n no sit...i have separate with my sister...so shame...when we got sit., i so want go sleeping~~ but i can't cuz other girl were sit infront me so noise from the bus start on the road they not stop talking i so angry with they... And the bus going slow,many car on that day... patient withe this situation la...when we arrived TBS i have meet my friend joint me to go Youth Day....

28/5/2011 and about my emotion with this person

the date i waiting for a month beb... i have prepare what to do n what to wear... can,t wait.... but i have 1 problem...that is about my sister husband!!! >>__<<  have be shame with him la... it make me uncomfortable stay him home... it not enough about that situation.. As u know Af 9 have start with don't know who be principal at the day i was waiting to see this show.. my brother in law has do some work infront tV... i was sit at back him at ask him daughter to give me a control tv to see Af 9... so excited to see... when the show have started him look so unlike with that show...i was shock with him faces be like angry with me... and that day i hate him which do reaction like that...what wrong with him hah...olden him not like that...him also join this show... huhu i know it cause him just back from Umrah right... hate him la... Another person will i hate is i think she can be good friend by is not like that what i think about him... so far it after i went SS3 concert...i so excited about ss3... but after i back my hostel all my classroom know that i go the concert..i shame with this situation.. can't imagine what a day in my life... i got info from other my friend tell me she was tell everyone at class about it... its wrong i interest with kpop hah.. everybody must have favorite artis right???? same here... i don't understand what that person thinking in him life... don't be shellfish be with friend ya....that all from my heart to heart...
