Him just memory

dia hnya kenangan lama.... sampai bile aq nak b'gatung pda kenangan yg skit kan ati aq.. dia nk kwan smula dgn aq tpi aq pk malu dgn kwan2 aq yg dia tu p'nipu besar!!! memang dia p'nipu...betol kata sal... aq lupa sume tu bila dia b'lembut hati dgn aq..aq kena keras kan hati spaya jgn cpt jtuh hati dgn dia,...smga2 mcm tu la ye..aq lau boleh xnk t'ikat dgn bnde2 lame tu jdi balik kat aq...so be single is much better right...

Baked some biskut..

CHOCOLATE CHIP

THE INGREDIENT

BUTTER - 100G
BROWN SUGAR - 25G
SOFT FLOUR - 120G
CHOCOLATE CHIP - 60G
ESSENCE VANILLA 1/4G 
NIB ALMOND - 30G



METHOD:


1. FIRSTLY INSERT BUTTER AND BROWN SUGAR..AND THEN MIX TOGETHER..DON'T TOO LONG TIME WHEN MIX.


2. AFTER THAN, ADD ESSENCE VANILLA AND SOFT FLOUR (YG DIAYAK) MIX TOGETHER.


3. ADD NIB ALMOND AND CHOCOLATE CHIP MIXTURE THE INGREDIENT TOGETHER.
WHEN DONE.REST THE DOUGH A MINUTE.


4.USE TABLESPOON TO MAKE THE SHAPE. AND END USE TABLE FORK TO PRESS TOP COOKIES. BAKE THE COOKIES 15 MINUTES WITH 180 C.


AND GOT IT... CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES...
TRY IT.. KEEP IT ON BALANG KUIH YE...

Sardine Roll

Short Crust

The Ingredient

      Soft Flour           125g
      Shortening         88g
      Ice Water          37g
      Salt                  Pinch

The filling Ingredient

sardine              200g
tomato puree   100g
red chilies     1g
butter              10g
garlic               1g
onion              1g
salt           as needed


method for short crust:
1.mix flour,salt,shortening then rub it until become bread crub.
2. add ice water and knead the dough for few minute.
3. store the dough in the chiller 20 minute.
4. Artef 20 minute, knead the dough and then roll the dough and cut, put into the pie mould and fill with filling.

sardine: cook simple..don't too oil 












  

Baked Muffin



















The Ingredient For 3 Muffin

A
Self Raising Flour    100g
Custor Sugar       50g
Salt                    1g

B
Egg                    30g
Uht Milk              70g
Vanilla Essence    3g
Melted Butter       40g

The Filling
Blueberry
Peach




cara-caranye....


1) campur semua bahan A mengunakan saptula untuk kacau adunan di dalam mangkuk besar.


 2) Dan campurkan jugak bahan B di mangkuk lain. pastikan butter yang sudah dicairkan itu sejuk.sebelum di campurkan. kacau adunan.

 3) selepas itu, campurkan bahan A dan B di dalam satu mangkuk.. kacau adunan sampai sebati.

 4) Pastikan jangan terlalu lama masa mengacau itu. akan menyebabkan terlalu m'gembang semasa menbakar.
 

5) Gunakan sudu kecil untuk memasukkan adunan 3/4  ke dalam muffin cup. Dan letakkan jem blueberry di tengah2 adunan selepas itu letak semula adunan untuk tutup bahagian jem tadi. bakar muffin tadi 180c masa 10 minit - 15 minit. selamat mencuba...
