Sardine Roll

Short Crust

The Ingredient

      Soft Flour           125g
      Shortening         88g
      Ice Water          37g
      Salt                  Pinch

The filling Ingredient

sardine              200g
tomato puree   100g
red chilies     1g
butter              10g
garlic               1g
onion              1g
salt           as needed


method for short crust:
1.mix flour,salt,shortening then rub it until become bread crub.
2. add ice water and knead the dough for few minute.
3. store the dough in the chiller 20 minute.
4. Artef 20 minute, knead the dough and then roll the dough and cut, put into the pie mould and fill with filling.

sardine: cook simple..don't too oil
